1.most countries will have programmes to manage the environment within their borders.countries will also work together to manage the environment worldwide.(here is okay..now comes the terrible part)this does not mean that we will understand evrything about the environment.but we will know more so that we can do things to protect the environment and use it wisely.this also does not mean that we will be able to control the environment.
